The Women Who Taught Me To Do Stuff, and who always asked me "what are your working on?"
my mother, grandmother, Aunts Bernice, Betty and Evelyn, baby cousin George. These are the women who I watched always being busy, they taught me to cook and sew and keep a nice home, and they always asked me "what are you working on?"

Hum Along
this is the cover of the 2012 calendar we got from the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
Hi Cindy, you are right about life being sweeter if we would all just hum along. I keep hearing those words in my head when I am tired and still need to do things - hum along!
Rhonda I know you've tried a few different names of late too, and I think I like "Hum Along" best of all. I don't know if I shared or not but Granny was a whistler and singer and when she worked she almost always did one or the other and if she was thinking hard she usually hummed while she worked, lol.
What a sweet calendar and that is a great motto, we all need to "hum along". And life would be sweeter and certainly more musical!
