Monday's list

Hello everyone,
It's another new week and another new list.  I had a good, productive Monday.  I even took a nap.
2 year old JJ will soon be a big brother.  So when he fell asleep in my lap this afternoon, I wondered how many more times I would be able to rock him to sleep.  So I just sat there and didn't lay him down in his bed.  I also napped a little while I held that snoozing curly head boy for 2 hours.
I know every older mother will agree with me that those baby years are trying but they go by too fast.

Back to the list,  this prettied up note book paper method is working just fine for me.
Designs are made with rubber stamps and colored with map pencils.

Hope you all had a good Monday too.

  1. So pretty Rhonda. You have such a sweet touch with something so ordinary in your day. I love it. I hope all is well with you and I couldn't agree more that the baby years fly by all too quickly. Mimi xxx

  2. having such a pretty to do list must make it easier to get things done on the list. I must try this. And I agree too...those baby years fly by way too fast.

  3. Your to-do-list is much prettier than any store bought one out there. I think of you every time I make those "Rhonda refried beans".. an absolutely favorite of my family. Have a great week! Patti

  4. You are so fortunate to have your grands close. I would love holding ours while they slept!

I know your list will get done, it always does even with the "chore" of holding the little folks!

  6. Yes, the days are long, but the years are short. My mantra. LOL. I do understand your sitting and holding JJ for his nap. I put Brad to bed Sunday night while Jess dealt with his sick brother and fussy sister. He asked me to lie down with him, and I didn't have to be asked twice.

  7. Hold him as much as you can for as long as you can! They are so sweet. Those things can get done later!

I see you need to file your coupons so do I! I did cut them but they are all in a pile..Have a great day!

  8. I know exactly what you mean about holding the little ones!
I used to rock Vincy in the rocker everyday...until he went to sleep...and I would sing to him and we'd have such a fun time... now that the Twin cousins are here. I spend time rocking them. He usually goes right to sleep int he play pen.
I make a point to spend special time with him when I can.
    They do grow up fast!
I love seeing your lists... they motivate me!
