I seal it up ...I don’t stress about cooking turkey. I seal it up so it stays moist. This time the pan was lined with foil, and I put foil on the top and sealed it all around the edges. Then I baked it at 3:50 for an hour, then I turned it down and baked it 300 for maybe 2 1/2 more hours. It was one of the cheapest meats to buy, I think around 39 cents a pound back then. It still isn't much more than that if you buy and freeze them when they go on sale at Thanksgiving time.There's so many ways to use it.
