Yard sale....

Our neighborhood is hosting our annual yard sale this weekend.   Usually I just shop but this year,  we will be selling.

It is usually in very hot July so I am really glad it is earlier this year and it should be cool enough to not be miserable.  No rain in the forecast either.

My junk pile is growing and I found much more stuff in the attic than I expected that should be sold.  Our children have added stuff.  What I thought would be just a little stuff is turning in to a big amount of stuff.

So I am going to be busy pricing and sorting and dusting......

be back soon!

  3. I hope you sell lots of wonderful stuff and make a bit of money for your efforts. Btw, do you make anything off of your ads and who use? I just noticed that you have advertisement on your blog. I have thought about doing it, it would be worth it if I could make a little from it.

  5. I really enjoy getting ready for a yard sale! Just the sense of satisfaction of cleaning our everything in your house and letting others have the oopportunity to buy what they need. How fun! I've always enjoyed seeing what you find at the sales. Now you'll have a little mad money of your own to shop around this summer! ha. I also agree that May is more pleasant than July!

  7. Hope you have a great sale! It's nice to clean out and get rid of unused things. I'm getting rid of more and more and only keeping things I absolutely love or need. Now if I can just get Hubby to do the same with his "stuff". ;-)
