Easy plants to grow

Zinnias that are from seeds harvested from last year's zinnias

more zinnias

red and white petunnias
portulacca
and an aspargus fern that has really grown a lot


portulacca,  also called moss rose or dessert rose,  in a strawberry pot.

  6. I love the rose moss. It always does so good even when dry.
    I haven't planted any for a few years. It comes back sometimes.

  7. Love the portulaca in the strawberry jar! I had two of these in concrete planters a few years ago and was pleased with how drought tolerant they seem to be. The zinnias are beautiful. I grew mine from seed too but this year I'll also save the seed to plant next year.
