It is all machine done and just tied most of this pretty blue and green fabric was from another blogger, Jill. Thank you, Jill. John and Nina are very happy with this quilt. |

this pretty quilt was a Mothers Day gift from Sheena and Bobby. One of Sheena's clients made it, I think the quilting is done with a longarm machine. isn't it pretty? |
embroidered message on the quilt so sweet! |

Table runner that I just finished on Saturday. I printed off an internet picture in 2008 of a similar one, and I think I cut out the pieces for it then too. just took me 4 years to make it! |
Rhonda - these are all just BEAUTIFUL!!! You are one talented cookie!!
ReplyDeleteVery nice! I can't sew to save my life but my Mama used to sew us all sorts of clothes & such growing up. I still have a few dresses she made. :)

They are all so pretty! You do beautiful quilting! The Mother's Day gift quilt is so special.
ReplyDeleteAll of your quilts are beautiful, you are able to sew pretty much anything, aren't you. I think it's wonderful how crafty you are. I have probably told you that I have made two quilts, both for my youngest grand daughter, and I did not enjoy the experience one bit. I am going to have one made by November of this year for my oldest daughter, I'd better get the fabric for it very soon.

These quilts are lovely! I'm always in awe at how quickly you sew things and what nice work you do.
ReplyDeleteWhat a special gift from the grands for Mother's day, too.
Wow you are so talented! I love the table runner! Just in time for the 4th!
ReplyDeleteThat heavy quilt would be good if you lived up here in the winter! lol. :) It's beautiful, though, and I can see why you enjoy seeing it on the bed!
ReplyDeleteLove the quilt you just made...the colors are so nice. They will love that!
I just love the "old" jeans cathedral window quilt...have never seen one!!! your new patriotic table runner is also quit nice!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful quilts! Love your table runner too!
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love them all! The heavy jeans quilt will be great in the winter. I prefer a little weight, especailly on my legs when I am cold. It does look very nice on the bed. And now I know what I want to do with the patriotic fabric I just saw in WM yesterday!! Interesting star design on that one, too. The Mother's Day quilt is very special with the embroidered words and names.
ReplyDeleteI love your quilts! Denim quilts are pretty heavy for sleeping under. I want to make some for picnic quilts, they are nice and sturdy.
