My husband was away almost 2 weeks so I thought cookies would help welcome him home. And after not baking before Christmas, fresh cookies sounded really good to me.
Cake mix cookies are so easy and delicious
Just use any flavor mix you like, 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of either oil or melted butter. Add your choice of stir ins like baking chips, nuts, sprinkles
Then bake like any cookie recipe- 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes
I used a yellow cake mix, butter, chocolate chips and a dash of vanilla
Happy baking!
❤️ Rhonda
I made a few batches of cake mix cookies over Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI'd never made them before - I loved how easy they were to mix up.
Yours look better then mine lol
More like regular cookies.
I didn't use melted butter but may try it next time instead of oil.

YUM - so easy and so good
ReplyDeleteI love cake mix cookies. It has been a long time, but I think I will be making them soon.
ReplyDeleteYum. Years ago I searched cake mix cookies and it led me to a blog. I read that blog from start to finish that night and I guess you could say the rest is history.
ReplyDeleteI'll bet you had a very happy hubby!
ReplyDeleteWonderful, may need to try this!
ReplyDeletePour me a diet coke, I'll be right over to try them out!! They look delicious!
ReplyDeleteThose sound so easy and look so good, but the last thing my husband needs is cookies.
ReplyDeleteI keep some of the odd flavors of cake mix just for cookies. Periodically one of our local stores has Duncan Heinz at a terrific price so I stock up them. BTW orange cake mix with white chocolate chips is fantastic!
ReplyDeleteSo easy and they look so delicious.
ReplyDeleteHow I missed this post and it's so helpful! I'm printing it off now to have when I need it thanks Rhonda!
ReplyDeleteThey look yummy! I always liked those cake mix cookies. Unfortunately, baking is not on my diet these days. I hope you are well.
