To get ready I
Made jello cups and deviled eggs——
Boiled eggs for coloring and made tea and fruit drink
Emptied the trash and set up the tea and coffee makers
I didn’t cook the main part of the meal. We had catering from Texas Roadhouse
And it was delicious!
The children had a ball hunting for plastic eggs and coloring eggs
We’re closing out this day watching The Ten Commandments movie

Loved the catering idea ! I wish I would of thought of that today ! Lol. I love the tall drink pitchers in your fridge, they take up much less space.
ReplyDeleteLovely! We had our little family gathering today. It was so nice and we had just the right amounts of food. I loved every moment and was just as happy when everyone headed home, too, lol.
ReplyDeleteWe had our first family gathering since Covid started on Sunday, as well. We all appreciated it so much more than we did before. I have one brother-in-law almost in tears he was so happy to be back together.
