Another jumbled up post

Hello everyone
I did a little planning this evening and wrote out a new to do list for the coming week.
I also clipped today's coupons and got a CVS list and matching coupons ready for when I can make a trip there.

Below is the winter mantle my daughter decorated in their home- she was inspired by an expensive grouping she saw somewhere online. She put everything together with things she already had except she bought the battery-powered candles and she made the sign using her Cameo cutting device.
I think it's all really pretty together.

I saw this dining set on a Facebook buy and sell group. My husband and stepson went to check it out and they knew it was a great deal so they bought it and brought it home.
It is very sturdy heavy all-real-wood.  The table is 48 inches wide and 75 inches long and can be extended with 2 leaves that are 18 inches.
It looks so pretty in our dining room and I am so thankful to now own a beautiful dining set at a very low price.  (Below is the seller's photo)

Grand daughters with lots of hair.
This is Andie and she is almost 4 but she has more hair than many adults.
Sister Charlie is 6 months and she has the longest, thickest baby hair I've ever seen.
It's a blessing for them that their momma is a hair stylist and she will keep their hair looking pretty.

The granddaughters spent a good deal of the weekend with us. Andie just loves to "cut and glue" so that's what she did.  My dad enjoyed his sweet great granddaughters too.

I hope you all had a good weekend and get a good nights sleep tonight, ready to face the new week.

  1. Love all the hair on the granddaughters ;-) The mantle is very pretty and your 'to do' lists always look intriguing. I'm sure you will get a lot of joy and use from your 'new' table. Have a wonderful week.

  2. You granddaughters are so cute- I love that hair. My granddaughter is still pretty bald at 14 months old but it's coming in slowly. My daughter was like that too until 2.

That table is so pretty! Love the black with the wood and the amount of chairs that can go around it.

    Have a great day!

  3. Well I really enjoyed your "jumbled" post Rhonda! Very pretty dining set. There sure are some great bargains out there.

Your little granddaughter does have a lot of hair and so does the baby. My youngest granddaughter is about the same age and has a lot less. People always confuse her for a boy, in spite of the fact she is one of the most dainty little girls you will ever see.
Love all of your artwork on your list.

    Have a calm week!
    Hugs

  4. I have always loved Charlie's head full of curls. Reminds me of my niece Reese who had just as much hair, but it was stick-straight. Does Andie like having Sheena do her hair? Layla's is growing and finally showing some curl at the ends when it's fresh from her bath. It'll be a long while before she has as much hair as Charlie. :)

  5. That is a nice table! I am sure you will enjoy many family meals around it. Your granddaughters do have thick hair. It would be hard for me to not mess with it all the time! I love little girls with their hair fixed!

  7. Your daughter's mantle is so pretty. Love the chunky candlesticks. Great job on scoring a "new" dining room table! I wish we had a dining room for entertaining. We just have an eat-in kitchen and our table only seats four. Quite a challenge when we have company. (Which isn't often, but still.) Lucky granddaughters to have such pretty, thick hair!
