King James Version (KJV)
20For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Romans 1:20
New Living Translation (NLT)
20 For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.
No big bang theory for me. I don't remember ever not believing in God and that He created everything.
Grandson Gavin spent the night with us last night. When he woke up, the first thing he said was "Grandma, I dreamed about God. He loves me."
is that sweet or what?

Me, too! How wonderful to serve a living Savior, one that we can communicate with and see in everything around us. It's true, no one will have an excuse for not knowing God.

I love this verse when being a witness to some skeptics who always say that Christ cannot be the only way to God because they have never heard about him. Yet these scriptures declare they are without excuse because He can be seen by the creation and his laws are in our heart regardless of where we were born!

ReplyDeleteOh that is so sweet... I remember Samuel coming inside one afternoon when he was four. I asked "What have you been doing baby?" "I was sitting in the magnolia tree talking to God."
