The Women Who Taught Me To Do Stuff, and who always asked me "what are your working on?"
my mother, grandmother, Aunts Bernice, Betty and Evelyn, baby cousin George. These are the women who I watched always being busy, they taught me to cook and sew and keep a nice home, and they always asked me "what are you working on?"

hmmm, and something cute

this is what I found one morning

I know who ate a big helping of goldfish, then left this single goldfish cracker in the cannister, put the lid on it and put it back in the pantry.
Yep, I know who did it, but it could of easily been several other men in this family and they have done similar things on  different days.
Does your family do this too?

Elizabeth checking out the bottles her momma is going to use for a craft project.
They are Starbucks coffee drinks,  nobody here drinks this,  but Nina found a few people who do drink and they saved the bottles for her.

Aren't they cute bottles?
They remind me of the bottles that milk was served in
when I was in elementary school.

  2. That's too cute! And yes, I've known a few who could do that here too. :-)
My guys received some of those drinks as a gift at Christmas. We saved a couple of the bottles. They are super cute and reminded me of miniature milk bottles too. Can't wait to see the craft.

  3. I have rescued a couple of those bottles from the trash. They are too cute to throw away. The one goldfish cracker is funny. That happens with the tea pitcher around here. It will be left in the fridge with about a teaspoon of tea left in it.

  4. Love those bottles too. I especially got a kick out of the line " but Nina found a few people who do drink". ROFL!!! Know exactly what you mean; it just struck me funny!
