last day of 2025

good morning everyone
Today I have a few errands to go on.
Then to celebrate, we will watch a live stream from the Clay Cooper theater in Branson to bring in the new year.

Tuesday, I did some house cleaning. And this pantry I call our junk pantry was just disorganized as could be.
Of course, I did not take it before Photo. I really need to do better at that.

But above is the after picture

Earlier this year, I put two small boxes in the bottom of the junk pantry
One was for keeping throw away plastic and one was for keeping cans

I pulled out the plastic containers to stack it So it would fit in the box better
It’s just amazing how many plastic food containers we bring home.
And this is certainly not every container, sometimes I didn’t wash them. Sometimes we have used them for other things.

The clear square one is from tiny tomatoes.
I think it will be especially good to plant more tomato seeds in. It already has drainage holes in the bottom.

in Oklahoma, it will be time to start gardening seeds in the house pretty soon.
I think starting the seeds in the house is my favorite part of gardening.

Happy New Year’s Eve everyone
❤️ Rhonda

    1. I mostly start tomatoes and pepper plants indoors. But they are just so fun to watch grow in the house. I imagine you will enjoy it as much as I do

Happy new year to you and your family too

    1. 😊 Terri, this comment method is tricky, isn’t it? I don’t know why my device does not leave me signed in. Apparently yours doesn’t either but it’s OK

  6. Happy New Year Rhonda! The amount of plastic containers we bring home is crazy! I've been saving them and that's what I use if I need to send something home with the kids.

    1. I have been using those containers for all kinds of things, when the grandkids need to mix up some kind of a slime concoction, or when I’m putting things in the freezer or when I’m sending food home with somebody else.
I hear of people going plastic free and I really don’t see how but they do it.
